Fast and Simple Steps For Use

mrdh is packaged in a convenient blister pack in 10 cm x 10 cm (4 in x 4 in) or 5 cm x 5 cm (2 in x 2 in) sizes. It can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 years. To use mrdh, simply:

  • Open blister pack into sterile field
  • Place mrdh on open wound, with active side toward wound surface
  • Apply firm hand compression until bleeding stops
  • If the dressing is completely soaked through, apply another dressing over the first and continue pressure
 

Removing mrdh is also a simple process: first soak with sterile saline and gently pull away.
